Despite the interest that environmental prudence has garnered worldwide, construction industry remains behind in incorporating sustainable concepts contracts and contract administration. Some research promotes adoption of sustainability clauses into contracts, some standard forms include sections on sustainability. However, there is no to date analyzes current state adopting practices techniques contractual terms. There are also specific measures tailored different types projects, owner/developers have tools assess components their contracts.
